  7. The system allows business customers to access their account information in
  8. the PC.  They can access account balances, stops, holds account history, and
  9. loans.  They can also transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments and
  10. add new stop payments.  The information in the PC is downloaded from the
  11. bank's mainframe each morning.  The transfers, loan payments, and new Stop
  12. Payments are uploaded to the mainframe for processing during that night's
  13. updating run.  The access to the system is controlled by two passwords, one
  14. assigned by the bank, the other assigned by the customer.  The customer also
  15. assigns access levels for his employees.  The customers can use their PC's
  16. with modem, or a supported CRT with modem.  One of the features of the system
  17. is that customers can keep funds in interest-bearing accounts, and transfer
  18. them into their noninterest-bearing accounts as needed to cover the checks
  19. received by the bank that day.  ACH originator lockbox and controlled
  20. disbursement is also available.
